The Company has consistently endeavored to adopt good corporate governance over the years. During the year the corporate governance practices were further aligned with the requirements of corporate governance as prescribed by Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). Pursuant to the Clause 49 of the Listing Agreement, a detailed report on Corporate Governance and Auditors’ Certificate has also been prepared.
