TRF Enters New Financial Year with the Mantra of Knowing & Doing
Riding on the success of its performance in the financial year 2010-11, TRF Limited, A Tata Enterprise, entered the new fiscal with promises of scaling new peaks of excellence fuelled by the energy of Knowing & Doing. Speaking on the launch of Year of .Knowing & Doing in the Company, the ManagingDirector,TRF Limited Mr Sudhir Deoras said that by sharing and applying knowledge pieces one could make significant improvements in performance and gain a competitive edge in the market place.
The Chief Operating Officer, Mr Hemant Kharkar, Mr Rakeshwar Pandey, Tata Robins Fraser Labour Union, Mr RK Rahi, General Secretary, Tata Robins Fraser Labour Union lauded the efforts of the employees in the success of the Company. Mr Pandey took note of the rapid growth of the Company and said that TRF had now become an important name in the market. Mr Kharkar said that every employee must make continuous improvement as this would enable the Company to become a sustainable enterprise. Mr Rahi emphasized on the need for right skill training to take care of the Company.s growth plans.
The employees of the company, union representatives and management of the Company held a get-together today to celebrate the record performance of all its divisions in the fiscal 2010-11.All divisions of the Company reported better performance than its previous best and made commitments to further improve the Company.s performance to achieve the aspiration of becoming a-Rs 2500 crore company by growing five times bigger in five years time and aninternational name in the area of bulk material handling, under the Vision-2013 campaign.

DLT is a world-class trailer manufacturing company and has manufacturing facilities in Sri Lanka, Oman and India. It exports trailers to as many as 30 countries.
